Dialog window "create new fodler" with "clear path" button

Version:           4.6 (using KDE 4.6.0) 
OS:                Linux

When you create a new folder in dolphin or any other kde apps, there no "clear
path" button.
In KDE SC 4.5, the button is not show but work when you click on the rigth of
the path.
Dialog window should be like in the attachment.

Reproducible: Always
