- What I was doing when the application crashed:
I started kontact.
I copied my mail from the mercury server into a local directory.
I started kmailcvt and told it to import my pegasus mails. 
In fact it did import my mails, but then it crashed. 

I have to use kmailcvt regularly, 
because Pegasus is our official mail client here, 
and I prefer kmail. 
But kmailcvt crashes regularly.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:

The crash can be reproduced every time.
