Disabling the logout notifications didn't solve the problem. Same with turning
off system notifications. 

Little update: As I've previosly said, after KDE shutdown X process is still
running but also kdm process is. I can't kill it. Maybe it's X-server issue?
Should I fill a bug in freedesktop.org bugzilla?
