Summary: Error message when initializing Kile: "No editor
component found. Please check your KDE installation."
           Product: kde
           Version: 4.7
          Platform: Unlisted Binaries
        OS/Version: MS Windows
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: crash
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: aureliano.bressan at gmail.com

Version: 4.7 (using KDE 4.7.0)
OS: MS Windows

After running the System Check using Kile, i recieve the following messages:
1. Error message: "The following tools did not pass all critical tests:
Okular
Your system is not ready to use. Please consult the results to find out what to
fix."

The Results specify the related message:
"Okular (Critical failure, Kile will not function properly).
. Binary: could not find the binary for this essential tool. (okular =>)"

What I can't understand: Okular has been sucessfully installed (at least it's
running), and I've also tried to reinstall KDE and Kile, and the error message
persists.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install KDE from Google Chrome in windows 7 following the instructions
available at:
http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/kile/index.php?title=KileOnWindows

2. Run Kile and the following problems arise:
Error message: "The following tools did not pass all critical tests:
Okular. Your system is not ready to use. Please consult the results to find out
what to fix."
3. Run a System Check in the Kile environement, returning the following
results:
"Okular (Critical failure, Kile will not function properly).
. Binary: could not find the binary for this essential tool. (okular =>)"

Actual Results:
Kile is unavailable for LaTeX editing (new and old documents).

Expected Results:
Run properly with Windows 7.
