"long been fixed"  Dang.  I thought with all this auto-update stuff I'd be kept
reasonably current.  My distro provider is OpenSuSE.  I get an update whenever
someone there says, "time for you to get a new one".  That only happened a
very few number of months ago.  But that isn't your problem.  It would be
only when you have crucial updates and you don't prod them with a "you need 
to get this out".  This isn't crucial, ergo I wait until they get a round tuit.
