As one of those poor Panasonic CF-F8 owners with a hard-muted Intel soundcard,
I regularly am confronted with the "Removed Sound Devices" dialog.  Every time
I do check on the "Do not ask again for these devices", when I press the "No"
button (because my external speakers are listed, too, even though they work
flawlessly), but the dialog pops up almost always when KDE is ready to work
with.
