After AC is plugged in power profile changes to Performance correctly but
immediately dims the screen to lowest level.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Unplug cord, profile changes to powersave, screen dims according to setting
2. Plug in AC cord, profile changes to performance, screen adjusts to correct
setting, but then immediately dims to lowest level

Actual Results:  
1. Unplug cord, profile changes to powersave, screen dims according to setting
2. Plug in AC cord, profile changes to performance, screen adjusts to correct
setting, but then immediately dims to lowest level

Expected Results:  
1. Unplug cord, profile changes to powersave, screen dims according to setting
2. Plug in AC cord, profile changes to performance, screen adjusts to correct
setting, but then immediately dims to lowest level1. Unplug cord, profile

It does not matter which profile is selected on AC power, same results (screen
dims to lowest level)
