XP, VIsta and Windows 7 are all different yet there is not a drop down menu
option to report bugs with this in mind.

Steps to Reproduce:
try and report a bug

Actual Results:  
I can select Windows CE or MS WINDOWS but not the windows version

Expected Results:  
that it can be differentiated
