OS: Linux

Hi.
Typing text into text areas, for example in kmail or qtcreator, but also in
other cases, makes Xorg cpu usage rise from 20 to 70-80%. When I stop typing
cpu goes down.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Open kontact/kmail and type text.
Many other text areas of other programs reproduce the problem

Gentoo Linux.
Since kde 4.4 or even before.
Dual monitor, NVidia drivers 256.53, but also previous versions. Twin View.
Xorg 1.9 but also previous versions are affected.
