- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I was going through the folder tree, collapsing folders (because KMail
sometimes expands the whole tree), and accidentally selected about 10 folders
at once.  I continued collapsing these folders, then clicked on another
(unselected) folder.  Then KMail crashed.
