kde4-window-decorator (0.0.1) on KDE Platform 4.5.00 (KDE 4.5.0) using Qt 4.7.0

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

Upon further inspection, when i check the fusion icon, it says that Kwin and
Kde4 window decorator are loaded but they are not. Continuing of selecting to
change from Emerald to Kde4 decorator makes this crash happen. It seems stuck
in a perpetual loop.
