progress indicator for "updating system settings" reach 100% and go back to the
beginning over and over again.
Though canceling does no harm since the menu is all updated.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
update an item and Save

Actual Results:  
progress bar on loop

Expected Results:  
0%--->100% done

OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.34.7-56.fc13.i686.PAE
Compiler: gcc
