Currently, the file "oxygen-icons/16-16/help-contextual.svgz" in
"svn://anonsvn.kde.org/home/kde/trunk/kdesupport/oxygen-icons" is not synced
properly.

SVN has a checksum mismatch 
svn: Checksum mismatch for 'help-contextual.svgz'; expected:
'14aa4a9c49597de598806fe9a89cfded', actual: 'db3b6d7afd6b05d1ea5be02d1ec109ef'

for the file, while if it is downloaded from the KDE websvn, the checksum is
correct.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to checkout svn repository.
Svn will then hang on the file and report a checksum mismatch

Actual Results:  
SVN reports a checksum mismatch

Expected Results:  
SVN should have reported a correct checksum

This was done using the KDE live ebuilds, but it does not matter because I
manually attempted to check out the repository with svn
