When I navigate within Dolphin to Network in the sidebar, the file "Add Network
Folder" is shown as text preview on a big white paper writing "[Desktop Entry]
...".

This preview-mode should be deactivated in this special folder by default.
Maybe a network wizard icon would be perfect.
