Perhaps you know that problem: You install a plasmoid via knewhotstuff and it
is not working for any reason. This could be annoying for normal users.
So here my idea: Show only those plasmoids that are marked to work with the
used KDE SC version.

Accoriding to this idea: Some Plasmoids needs the some packages installed (such
as plasma-ruby). KNewHotStuff schould inform the user about thoses needed
packages.
