Nope, bug is still in 4.5beta2.

As you can see in man:gcc (search for -Wenum-compare) text replacements are
also rendered incorrectly. At the head of that file this is defined:

.ds C+ C\v'-.1v'\h'-1p'\s-2+\h'-1p'+\s0\v'.1v'\h'-1p'

Later they use \*(C+ which should give "C++" (somehow pimped) which doesn't
give any output with konqueror
