With two user sessions, a Firefox download completing in the inactive user
session causes a logout. 

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Login as user 1
Login as user 2
As user 2, start a download in Firefox
Switch back to user 1 before download finishes
Wait until download finishes in user 1 session

Actual Results:  
User 2 gets logged out. 

Expected Results:  
File should finish downloading as normal, with no change in the session
statuses.
