The Attica KCM doesn't list opendesktop.org as collaboration service provider
as it does on Linux. Instead, the combobox is empty.

Uploading through KNS, of course, doesn't work.

I copied the attica_kde.dll to C:\ and tried to rename it to attica_kde.so and
attica_kde.so.dll but the error stays the same.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the attica KCM.

Actual Results:  
See opendesktop.org provider listed.

Expected Results:  
No listed provider.

This is actually KDE 4.4.4.
