Using the Kubuntu Beta PPA repositories 4.5 beta 2.  The desktop Wallpaper
keeps reverting to the default whenever I log out and back in.  It also happens
when I get a plasma crash and restart (downstream problem with QuickAccess
Launcher there).

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Log out and log back in.

Actual Results:  
Wallpaper reverts to KDE default.

Expected Results:  
Wallpaper should remain as it was set in Desktop Settings

Doesn't matter what theme or image is chose.  Wallpaper always reverts to
default.
