I noticed that while "using" Kmail. Again, again and again -- reusing icons in
different contexts is bad!

Error dialog reuses close/exit icon as error icon. The result? -- Joe Doe is
happy that this dialog is so convenient, so she/he can close it by clicking on
this big "close" icon instead of usual small one. Ooops... it does not close
anything.

Expected Results:  
Distinct icon for meaning "error".
