Summary: Systray sometimes does not show icons/applets
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: openSUSE RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: EagleScreen at gmail.com

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.4.3)
OS: Linux

Using Konversation 1.2.3, sometimes systray icon disappears while Konversation
is running.
The reason I think it's more likely to be a tray applet bug than a Konversation
bug is because the new tray API is architected in a way that the tray applet
has most of the power about how and when the icon is displayed.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Install Konversation and configure it to use the system tray.
Use Konversation 1.2.3 regularly in KDE 4.4.3.
See that systray icon sometimes disappear without apparent reason, but
Konversation is in fact still running.

Actual Results:
Konversation systray icon sometimes disappears.

Expected Results:
Konversation systray icon should always be displayed in systray if Konversation
is configured to use systray.
