The close cross on titlebar is ever the same but functionality may be
different:
- just closing a window
- closing an application when closing a window

Use case:

a) Closing the last window of maybe firefox closes the application firefox. 

b) Closing the kontacts window of kmess or closing amarok will not close the
application if it keeps running in systray.

If case b) then the closing window icon at the top right in titlebar should be
somehow different NOT the usual cross to signal to the user it is OK - no
konsequences - to click the close button...
