KDE4 has more image viewers, but none of them are simple like Kuickshow: none
only have the image and nothing else in the window (not even menus or a
toolbar,) and none show an image in a file manager program's (dolphin, etc.)
own window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Upgrade to KDE4

Actual Results:  
No simple image viewer exists.

Expected Results:  
A simple image viewer should exist instead of all those extra ones.
