Notification visual glitch

Version:           unspecified (using Devel) 
OS:                Linux

I'm attaching a screenshot of a visual bug that sometimes happens with
notifications.  The notification was generated by KMess (MSN client.)

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Get a notification in KMess that contains long strings.
