Hi,

I've written a plasmoid some time ago which might be interesting for you.

What's missing is probably an "Icon Layout".
Also the settings dialog probably has to be redone (I'm not good at UI stuff -
I just wanted to get the UI working somehow...).

Feel free to ping me if you have questions/ideas how my plasmoid could be
improved.
