Summary: Please make Keyboard shortcuts the same as those used
                    by Microsoft Windows
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: FreeBSD Ports
        OS/Version: FreeBSD
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: rhyous at yahoo.com

Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
Compiler: n/a n/a
OS: FreeBSD
Installed from: FreeBSD Ports

Ok, maybe I am the only one who is using both Microsoft Windows 7 and KDE on
FreeBSD and who loves to use Keyboard shortcuts.

It drives me crazy when I hit Windows + D in KDE and nothing happens. On
Windows Windows + D minimizes all the windows. I couldn't find a way to make
this happen at all in KDE4 (Ctrl+F12 is not the same, it doesn't minimize the
windows, it doesn't something else). I need all windows minimized and I would
like it to happen when I press Windows + D.

Same thing with Windows + E. It opens explorer in Windows but does nothing in
KDE (however, I could change this manually, yeah!).

Same thing with Windows + R. This opens the Run bar in Windows and I would
love this to happen in KDE.

And pressing and releasing the Windows Logo key without hitting another key
should open the menu just like it does in Windows.

I am not saying Microsoft is better. I am saying that I have to use Windows but
I choose to use KDE. If the same shortcut keys work the same way on both, then
that makes my life easier.

Here is a list of Microsoft keys. Please match them as closely as possible.
