desktop_kdebase.pot contains a lot of valuta names, which need to be
translated. However there is a GNU module, named iso_4217, which contains these
names and all kinds of translation are maintained for that module in the GNU
project.
My suggestion is that this iso module is used for these translations, so they
can be removed from desktop_kdebase.pot.
