Summary: Speak time option in Digital Clock, cuts off voice
                    after 1 second
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Fedora RPMs
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: steve at szmidt.org

Version: (using KDE 4.3.4)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Fedora RPMs

Different from bug 183359.
Using the Speak time option cuts off voice, whereas running saytime in shell
works fine. After a while it stopped speaking all together. I killed Amarok and
it resumed once then stopped again.
ps showed kttsd and child thread festival running w 3% CPU load.
Reproducible each time.

Same behaviour under 4.3.3.

QuadCore 2.4GHz, 8G RAM, x86_64.
