Summary: Add password protection to desktops
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Compiled Sources
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: wishlist
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: terranair at gmail.com

Version: (using Devel)
OS: Linux
Installed from: Compiled sources

It would be nice to be able to password protect desktops.

Do not confuse with session locking.

Feature list:
Caps-lock detection (just on case).
Remember passwords until removed (remember even on restart/shutdown).
If hibernated/put to sleep desktops should lock for security.
Different encryption options (image selection, SHA1, MD5, other).
Detect if a password is used across multiple desktops.
Random password generator.
No need to do these all at one, could take too long, work on basic things
first.
