I have files with Hebrew filenames. These names are displayed correctly in
non-KDE applications but appear as gibberish in KDE applications. When creating
a file with a Hebrew filename using KDE software, all Hebrew characters are
replaced by question marks (?). These question marks appear both in KDE and
non-KDE applications.

I'm running the latest Kubuntu 10.04 Alpha.
