same as ubuve trying to launch eney thing with kdesudo dose not work you get
Dolphin or kate or.... but the error "The process for the file protocol died
unexpectedly." comes up and you can not navagate to(dolphin)or open eney
file(kate) as root.

this was not the case in KDE4.3.5 and started after upgrading to KDE4.4.0

pesentley runing on Karmic9.10 KDE4.4.0  kernel-2.6.31-19-generic
