[Bug 226807] Taskbar thumbnails obscure expanded window groups

Steps to reproduce:
 1. enable both taskbar thumbnails and window grouping
 2. open a few Dolphin windows
 3. expand the Dolphin window group
 4. hover mouse over first entry at bottom of expanded group
 5. see entries being obscured by window "tooltip", and so becoming
inaccessible

Workaround: 
 1. click on cashew to the right of the panel,
 2. right-click the "Task Manager" panel and chose "Task Manager Settings"
 3. uncheck the "Show tooltips" checkmark
