Summary: Add Widgets Panel pops up and disappears when another
                    window is open
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux Packages
        OS/Version: Linux
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
        AssignedTo: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
        ReportedBy: symon1980 at hotmail.com

Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.5.90)
OS: Linux

When a Window is open and not minimised... any program, lets just say a
browser... And the "add widgets" option is selected, the bottom widget
selection panel pops up then quickly disappears again. The window that is open
somehow interferes with it by getting minimised as you click on "add widgets"
just before this occurs.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open any program, Not minimised, but not fully maximised... Click on "add
widgets"

Actual Results:
open window minimises, widget panel pops up as usual then quickly disappears

Expected Results:
allowed you to choose widgets from the widget panel without quickly
disappearing whether you have an open window or not
