Steps to Reproduce:
Attempt to build in MacPorts environment

Actual Results:  
build fails

Expected Results:  
build succeeds

As it stands, this means KDE 4.6 cannot build on a Mac.

My test system was gcc 4.2, os 10.6, x86_64, single core. Only removed the
patch that prevented the creation of empty config dirs during build (everything
else is the same as how MacPorts build 4.5)
