jovie (0.6.0) on KDE Platform 4.5.4 (KDE 4.5.4) using Qt 4.7.1

- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Starting Text-sto speech (clicked on Enable Text-to-Speech System (Jovie)) in
Text to speech system settings.
