nput Actions, trigger on window gets focus doesn't work for me.

In both kde 4.4 and kde 4.5

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
To test make a new window action for doplhin, select trigger "gets focus" and a
simple command, like "kate" to start Kate.


Actual Results:  
While trigger "appears" works as expected (Kate launches when the window
appears for the first time), trigger "gets focus" doesn't work.

Expected Results:  
trigger "gets focus" works (each time I focus the window (including first time
opening), the action is executed).
