OS:                Linux

When using two batteries in a laptop, the task bar's battery monitor "power
management" pop-up does not reserve enough room for both. I'll attach a
screenshot to illustrate the point.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Install an additional battery that display separate levels into your laptop.
Click on the icon.



Expected Results:  
Produce one line larger window to make room for the second battery status.
