When setting a shortcut for the .sh startskript of the Idea-IDE
the shortcut doesn't work

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
open kmenu-editor.
create a new item for a program that is started by a .sh-skript
create a shortcut

Actual Results:  
shortcut doesn't work

Expected Results:  
program should start up

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-24-generic
Compiler: cc
