Disabled components of KDE modules shouldnt build their documentation.
This happens with all KDE modules  AFAIK.
Let me give an example:
I have built kdeutils disabling all components besides kcalc, ark, kwallet and
sweeper.
Yet the documentation for kfloppy, kgpg ktimer etc  is still included in the
resulting package.
What im asking for is eg. when i add -DBUILD_KFLOPPY=off to the build script,
to exclude the documentation of the application that is not gonna be included.
