Ok, I use these plasmoids:
- Application Launcher
- Battery Monitor
- Device Notifier
- Digital Clock
- Pager
- System Tray
- Tast Manager

I see the same sympthom on a laptop of a friend of mine, but she is running
Kubuntu-9.10 beta.
