enter right to left text in any textbox in any kde application

move the cursor with arrow keys. the cursor moves the other way

if a paragraph is rtl the effects of right left arrows have to be exchanged to
work correctly

if it contains a word or short part in ltr language inline with the rtl text
then the cursor direction will be wrong for this part only (trying to exchange
the directions again to fix for this part is not needed and only confusing)
