I tried with two applications: Firefox 3.6_beta2 and Thunderbird 3.0_beta4. 

I pressed Alt+Tab many times, combine slow and fast pressing. But happen only
sporadic. So I changed strategy. I pressed Tab, kept it pressed and then
quickly pressed Alt key repeatedly. With this, I always get a keyboard lock in
several seconds.
