1) After installation of Kubuntu 9.10 is NumLock default OFF,
i recommended set it to ON,
because the most of people are expecting this behaviour.

2) NumLock is default set to OFF after login to KDE on kubuntu 9.10,
it should be set to ON for the same upside reason.
