In the whole KDE, when a window title changes (for example in konsole running
several tabs, in firefox, etc...), the window is not repainted correctly, and
thus, you can see the "old" title.
It is not repainted and displayed the correct title until some event is called
(a click in upper part of a window, a move of a window, etc...)

I am the only one running this problem?
I think this problem runs since 4.2 at least, and is present in 4.3.3 too (with
compositing enabled)
