Running the KDE installer on wine gives an exit code of 1. While investigating,
I found it's not a wine bug but a kde bug (same thing occurs on windows).

Very easy to reproduce. Just download
http://www.winkde.org/pub/kde/ports/win32/installer/kdewin-installer-gui-0.9.5-0.exe,
run it with the defaults all the way until the version, choose 4.2.3, then
choose 'aspell-af'. Let it install. The installers shows success, but checking
%errorlevel% shows it is '1', not '0'.
