Small demo app

I have made al small demo application (Actually this app is a demo for my
Tapdock concept. I just added a small hack for the background). The Image for
the background is from Amarok 2.0 and the icons are from Oxygen. At the moment
is just draws a hardcoded png file, because i have no idea how to handle with
the current plasma theme.
