That's an interesting workaround, though it seems like a bug to me, Finex.
Should the user be able to switch clicking buttons in the middle of a click?

I would suggest having right-click be the "safe area" (ie, right click disables
left-click, and vice-versa) and disabling the ability to change a left click
into a right click.
