Currently, there is only one Global shortcut, but two of application shortcuts.
In kde3 we've had application shortcuts and global shortcuts, and there were
two of each. 
I would like to have two global shortcuts available per action.

Rationale: I'd like to map Amarok "play" action both to "Media Play" key and to
Win-X combo, because although my laptop does have "Play"key, some times I
connect keyboard that does not have that key.
