The "Manage Printing" option seems to be a shortcut to the CUPS configuration
page. ("http://localhost:631" IIRC). I don't know if FreeBSD handles printing
differently than Linux
Also, what do you mean with "you cannot print". Is there a error message? Does
the dialog appear but no more happens? Do you have configured printers? How ?
Firefox printing works because it is a GTK application and It manages printers
different than KDE applications.
