I have a dual boot system with WinXP Pro and Kubuntu (Intrepid).  I use GRUB to
log in automatically into Kubuntu.  I started my normal bootup process and
received the prompt to enter my username and password.  After I enter my
username and password, the default splash screen starts for KDE.  It then
freezes and I receive the message that Plasma Workspace crashed.

I've tried to log in 6 times and each time I receive the same message.

The application Plasma Workspace (plasma) crashed and caused the signal 11
(SIGSEGV).
